Who operates SWA

SWA Tech Partners is a brand of AMG VISION INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD, Malaysia. The SWA platform is operated by this legal entity.

What the platform provides

Guidance and planning support. SWA suggests possible AI opportunities; it does not guarantee financial results.

Plug & Play tools

Plug & Play tools are still being developed and tested. A tool is only marked available after SWA has tested and approved it.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, keep your login private, obtain the permissions required to process customer data, follow each connected platform's policies and use automation lawfully. Review AI-generated replies before sending them when human approval is required.

Connected platforms

Third-party services such as Meta, Google/YouTube and TikTok remain subject to their own terms, permissions, limits and review processes. A connection may be paused when a provider changes or withdraws access.

AI and customer information

AI outputs are suggestions, not guarantees of accuracy, a sale or an individual customer's outcome. Only submit information you are authorised to use.
